This 30,000 s.f., 5-story, interior reconstruction turned a 40-year-old engineering building into new science labs, including all new lab equipment and HVAC systems. This was a three year phased project with the remodeling of one floor and portions of general spaces (offices, auditorium, toilets, etc) each year in order to keep the building operating during construction. New labs for chemistry, molecular modeling and nuclear magnetic resonance were provided.
9,840 s.f. conversion of a historic residence into offices for Loyola's Facilities Management Department. The design utilizes reclaimed wood from the existing roof structure which is being replaced.
This modern data/telecom for the Loyola campus provides 4,500 s.f. central data and telecom center for Loyola's Lake Shore Campus. The design features include a raised access floor with under floor cooling system.
